Users need an easy way to access basic identification and case information about the beneficiary while working in different sections of the beneficiary file.

Proposed solution
Implement a side panel to be accessed from any child-page of the beneficiary file (=all pages with the exception of case overview) with a minimal dataset on the beneficiary
