Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Change Play Speed

The Enhancer for Youtube has this feature which I use a lot to increase and decrease the play speed:

"Control the playback speed with the mouse wheel when the mouse cursor is over the video player and the “Control” key (Ctrl) is pressed"

Honestly this is the only difference I see with the extension that I use Enhancer instead because I frequently change the playback speed. (Also the volume booster.)

you can set up any shortcut combination in our shortcuts menu.

Yes this is great but using the mouse is easier sometimes because it is easier to find the mouse quickly and also there is an option to CTRL + Click and then it resets the speed to the default.

works, besides creating shortcuts with mouse actions has a bug. #1174

we could also add the option to have multiple shortcuts for the same action
i.e. either alt+any click or alt+x (sliding that finger forward)
