C4IP-16: Q3 2022 Token grants for DAO contributors

This proposal:

• Distributes retroactive grants for DAO contributions made through end of Q3
• Sets the $ARENA price for Q3 for DAO contributor grants

Judge Appointment Working Group grant

Members of this group are cmichel, gpersoon, and Alex the Entreprenerd. Propose a grant of $1,000 worth of $ARENA per month per member for Q3.

Warden Application Reviewers grant

The following community members have reviewed the respective number of warden applications. Propose a grant of $5 per application reviewed through Q3.

• sorryNotsorry 292 applications: $1,460 worth of $ARENA
• SamusElderg 260 applications: $1,300 worth of $ARENA
• 0verfl0w 70 applications: $350 worth of $ARENA

Beginning in Q4, propose a quarterly pool grant of $2,000 worth of $ARENA to be split between reviewers as a portion equal to the portion of applications they reviewed. Each quarterly distribution of this pool shall be via governance vote.

Multisig Transaction Reviewers grant

The following community members have reviewed and confirmed or rejected the respective number of multisig transactions. Propose a grant of $20 per transaction reviewed and confirmed or rejected.

• GPersoon 39 transactions: $780 worth of $ARENA

ARENA price for Q3 grants

The following prices shall be used for DAO contributor grants:

Q3: 1 $ARENA = $0.041 USD
