My team is running the 4973 competition as part of NTIRE 2025. It's been about 12 hours since I could neither get the scoring results ( submissions are stuck at the Scoring phase) nor download the submissions files. Please help us soon, we have a phase finished and we need to summarize the intermediate results right now.

Hello, are you using a custom queue or the default queue ?
I don't see any problems on the default queue, submissions from other competitions are running on it successfully.

You can try cancelling and relaunching the submissions that are stuck, hopefully it will fix the issue.

As for downloading submissions, are you trying to download specific submissions or mass download a bunch of submissions ?
