Hi, my submission is stuck on submitting and i get this: ERROR: Submission is a parent, but has no children. There was an error during creation.

I have tried with 2 separate accounts.
I have also tried submitting to another competition. Same issue.

@Radu1999, @zakr600 can you please confirm if you have multiple tasks in your phase where you are submitting? Do you always get this error or was it just one time?

Hi @ihsaan-ullah , I dont have the problem anymore. But it was there for a few hours (yes there were 2 tasks for a submission)

This might have been related to #1446.
The Queue was blocked when the issue was raised, and is now unblocked.
Hopefully, a permanent fix should be coming soon.

The problem seems to be with creating child submissions. When you submit and have multiple tasks, child submissions are created (one for each task). A bit difficult to debug now because the problem is not there anymore but will check why this happens by reading the code. I think we should show a better error when this happens
