Onboarding tour

As a first-time user
I want to be onboarded
so that I have a quick glance on the available functionality of the UI or new features.

Describe the solution you'd like

There are several options on how to onboard users:

1. Open a dialog that plays a GIF of the onboarding tour (maybe with multiple steps)
2. Open a dialog that plays a video of the onboarding tour
3. Opens smaller dialogs that show the different functions with dummy data

Additional context

The created components should be reusable to allow highlighting of new features that we ship in future versions.
