Ocarina of Time is sometimes indicated instead of Fairy Ocarina

This happens when you have the Fairy Ocarina in your inventory, you already spoke with Saria on the bridge, and Ocarinas are not shuffled (an Ocarina is hinted in the capture for that location). The Saria check will sometimes award the Ocarina after the autotracker has selected the Fairy Ocarina in your inventory, which increments it to the Ocarina of Time.
