Not sure when this changed, but noticed after the last update (been a while since I've used Delphi, just getting back to a project) - my default settings had always been 1 pixel width for the structure highlight lines and the colors suddenly disappeared.
In the Source Highlight Enhancements > Enable Structure Lines > Line Settings
Setting the width to 1 removes the coloring of the line (they become gray, like IDE default structure highlights) in the IDE for Delphi/RS 11.3
Work around - set the Width to 2 or higher
With it set to 1

Looks like this is a 4k screen issue - editing the image without zoom, they appear gray - but once uploaded, color appeared because the image was zoomed by the browser.
Issue can be closed as user error. (I don't seem to be able to delete the issue or close it myself)
