Add protected words to supp. info files

Included protected words to increase functionality for interpreting the data in the report.

specimen is already a required term, but patient could identify samples that should always be grouped together and not compared directly to other 'patient' samples. Additionally timepoint and/or celltype could be used or order or subgroup samples.

Alternatively, symbols appended to the start or end of metadata column names could be used to give the same properties. Types of properties, group, subgroup, and order could be designated by !, *, and ^ or something. ie. [header of supp.csv file] specimen,group!,subgroup*,order^.
