I'll have to write the guide. The knowledge comes from domain experience. So unless you know something of this domain, it will not be useful much.

Also, I don't work in this domain now. Last time was 10 years ago. From what I remember, I managed to create this project for beginners. You would have to give me some time, or look for help from your experienced team members.

what about the CTIMW that should integrate with (Communication Manager) where this part in code?
