Description of the bug

See title. The electropack is made to move people around via shocks to make them "dance" but is doing that on dead mobs too.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Dead mobs shouldnt be able to dance.

How do we reproduce this bug?

  1. Kill someone
  2. Strap an electropack to their back
  3. Apply signals to the electropack to shock them
  4. They move
