PR testing, memory info

We are trying to profile the PR cms-data/RecoHGCal-TICL#3 and noticed that with "enable profiling", the memory profiles are not part of the results. Recalling past discussion, I understand igprof mp is not run as part of enable profiling. I'm opening this PR to restart/document this discussion. Could igprof mp be considered (also for the baseline)?

As an alternative, if the igprof memory profiling is too intensive, can we include TimeMemoryInfo in the customization? I noticed this PR #1111 from the past, but I can't seem to find the TimeMemoryInfo outputs among the files produced by the bot (likely I'm not looking at the right place).
