Propagate OMS units to runregistry

Currently run registry provide values for both delivered and recorded integrated luminosity for each run. Unfortunately, OMS provides these values with different units depending on the amount of data collected (it switches between mub and pb as far as I understand).
OMS provides the units in the meta fields. Would be possible to propagate this information into the runregistry? Or alternatively adjust the luminosity values stored in the run registry to always have the same units?
