Feature: Helm chart

First off, nice application! Simple, easy to use, and packaged with a container!

I didn't see a helm chart kicking around, so I built one. Just a first pass, not all the bells and whistles, but it #worksonmybox.

If there's any interest in merging into this repo to have it be "official", I'm all for it, and willing to maintain when needed. If not, totally understood; feel free to close the issue.

Hey, thanks! I don't know anything about Helm charts myself, so I think it's best to leave it to the community. I can certainly add a link to your repository in the Readme for others to find
