Clustal URL is not under m6 folder #26

The URL for clustal is http://mrs.cmbi.ru.nl/mrsws/clustal/wsdl. I would expect there to be an m6 folder in the URL as with blast and search. Does this mean that clustal runs in another version of mrs?

The clustal webservice runs under a different deamon: mrs-ws

We should update the URL in the daemon so it matches the other services. It would also be useful to put the URL on the main MRS page.
