Hi, I just found your project.

Have you considered updating the data on the watch? In particular, uploading the training targets? Could it work?

Hi,

Theoretically speaking, yes.
Some work has been done by @Antash in that regard (see #26), but not conclusive yet.

Such feature would be awesome, if your code would make it possible to upload any valid external TCX files into the watch to let them sync into Polar Flow ecosystem afterwards.

Because Polar and Concept2 rowing machines manufacturer do not have any kind of integration :(
So the rowing machines which also support the power data, but there is no way to get their tcx fail with that data into flow service. Your code with the ability to upload any valid tcx file into watch would be excellent for a lot of rowing fans.

This would probably be quite a messy thing to do!

Polar definitely should add a way to upload external TCX/FIT files to their platform, esp. to have meaningful training load tracking (not even speaking of their dubious way of using a moving average to calculate acute/chronic training load).
You should nag their support team and add your voice to many others...
