Communication is currently entirely unencrypted. Quassel does support SSL/TLS encryption, so we should use it.

Small progress update :shipit:

I have a working prototype for this ready. However, this is currently rather hacky and manually sets the required TLS context options. A more permanent solution requires reactphp/socket#89 to be addressed first.
