2.7 已经基本合并完毕。

主要工作还有

这个文件直接沿用的官方翻译，需要校对一次。

目前保持的英文，可以对照官方翻译 https://github.com/cloudwu/stellaris_cn/blob/master/cn2.6/federations_anniversary_l_simp_chinese.yml 来完善。

federations_anniversary_l_simp_chinese.yml 做了简单的合并，替换了大部分术语。尚需进一步校对。
