Integrate Lets Encrypt

We should integrate Lets Encrypt in our rollout/installaton process in order to empower less experienced users and enable them to use encryption. This should not substitute the ability of using self signed certificates because this can be part of corporate structures to supervise encrypted traffic via man in the middle attack as a feature based on preinstalled certificates in firewalls.
