there is a floating line such as

deploy_cluster('../../../etc/cluster-config.yaml')

This may just be for debugging we need to make sure this is being corrected as I am not sure if this file exists like this and as we want to have it with --config=cluster-config.yaml passed tothe commandline

The default if its not specified could be

./config.yaml

What do you think?
