The post_install hook from #390 was not sufficient to resolve this issue under all circumstances. I think we need the fix from ccgus/fmdb#594

CDTDatastore version(s) that are affected by this issue.

Any on XCode 9

iOS/macOS version

Any using XCode 9

A small code sample that demonstrates the issue.
