目前CloudDrive2缓存到固定目录，从而加速对网盘文件的访问 但是用户没办法对单个文件进行控制，不知道哪些文件已经缓存，哪些没缓存 希望能像OneDrive一样，既可以同步本地和云端，又可以将云端文件下载到本地，等同于缓存，还可以释放本地空间
