Viewing a configurable number of archived posts at a time, similar to one of the front page headlines sections.

Tasks:

Dynamically generate page routes for total number of pages
Create template
Create page and data functions
Create new function (or update args to existing function) that queries a subset of posts in a given time range or page range
Provide a means of identifying current page point
Update pagination links on front page
