Is there support for horizontal scaling / is this planned or even possible?

Does SpacetimeDB support horizontal scaling across multiple nodes? If so, how does it work, especially for achieving infinite scaling in high-concurrent-user applications like BitCraft Online MMORPG mentioned in your readme?
