CLIJx-Assistant comes a gamma correction filter. Note: Gamma correction is useful for visualisation or as a preprocessing step for segmentation. Be careful with intensity measurements from gamma-corrected images. It is recommended to measure intensity in the original images.
Open your data set. Start the CLIJx-Assistant.
Click the right-click menu Filter > Gamma correction. Use the main menu Analyze > Histogram and click its
Live button to see what happens while changing the gamma
