Description

Configuration under logs doesn't work :

store_in_database => must remove monolog pb_ui_orm*
database_level => must restrict level of pb_ui_file* and pb_ui_orm*

Add store_in_files : true|false, same as store_in_database but for pb_ui_file* and file_level same as database_level
