image + kernel assets should be uploaded to github with architecture-specific names

The release tooling [*] needs to be updated to include the architecture in the names of the assets.

For example:

• Rather than image-cc-19350-agent-b1d92e-binaries.tar.gz we need image-cc-19350-agent-b1d92e-amd64-binaries.tar.gz.
• Rather than v4.9.60-84.container-binaries.tar.gz, we need v4.9.60-84.container-amd64-binaries.tar.gz.
