Make startpod creating a pause container

Instead of having our hyperstart implementation in virtcontainers relying on a pause container when starting a pod, this code should be removed from virtcontainers to be included inside the agent. Indeed, it would be better that if starting a pod requires starting a pause container, this action should be transparent for any client of our agent.
