#29 added the vendor tree and https://github.com/clearcontainers/agent/blob/master/vendor.conf, but it did not note which tools we use to vendor here. It doesn't look like https://github.com/golang/dep for instance (different config files?).
Let's document clearly how we vendor so other devs can follow practice and contribute.
