Integrate PICCL?

I read in your switchboard specification document that PhilosTEI, a CLARIN/CLARIAH project by @martinreynaert, was a candidate for integration, this has evolved into PICCL nowadays for most intents and purposes, and although it is still in its infancy, it is available as a CLAM-based webservice through https://webservices-lst.science.ru.nl/, so should be relatively easy to integrate in the switchboard.

(PICCL in turn integrates tools such as Tesseract for OCR and TICCL for post-OCR correction/normalisation. It support various input paths and delivers output in the FoLiA format)
