See https://clarin.phonetik.uni-muenchen.de/apps/octra/octra/ - would be a good candidate for processing of wave files. Comes with lots of features, including multi-language ASR. Does not work on Safari though.

Octra is now embedded in the Transcription Portal which has been connected (in the context of the ATRIUM project), closing this ticket
