review the SSOs, change the menu item

The menu item should be, minimally, "Standards Bodies" (it could also say "standards-setting organisations", but that's probably too long for a menu item).

The SSO names cry out to be reviewed, and they should be followed by abbreviations. Add at least IETF, IANA, CEN-CENELEC, and a few others.
