ParlaMint-PT.xml (and ParlaMint-PT.ana) has:

we have now common taxonomies, so it should be
<catRef scheme="#ParlaMint-taxonomy-parla.legislature" target="#parla.uni"/>

@matyaskopp , strange that your factorise script didn't change than. Or maybe it was never run...
