Automatically determine author from Cargo.toml

Describe your use case

As programmers we try to have all information in a single place. In programming itself this is often called dry (don't repeat yourself) but this of course also translates to configuration for package managers, continuous integration and the like.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like either the .author() function to take a parameter to read the author from the Cargo.toml or have another function .author_toml() to read the author information from the Cargo.toml

Alternatives, if applicable

Assume the author information to be loaded from Cargo.toml unless .author() is called explicitly or .no_author() is called.
