Render full program transcript

Kind of related to #19, but slightly different in my mind: we should be able to render the full transcript of a programme in a separate page. Each sentence would have an ID so it can be linked to. Potentially, entities would be highlighted.

This is useful in itself, to see what was discussed on a given day, but also in terms of SEO, I think. (Can Google see Vue.js apps out of the box? It seems so, although it may not be ideal. Server-Side Rendering is not trivial though.)
