Describe the bug

At block 39,192 the progress indicator shows 100%, but the final block is 39,196.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Dashboard, Activity, Stacking Activity

Expected behavior

Still show 99% until complete.
