kafka-sink-pg-json is not maintained #1044

On the External Integrations section, we refer to kafka-sink-pg-json, which says https://github.com/justonedb/kafka-sink-pg-json#this-repository-is-not-supported.

We should probably remove this section and/or find an equivalent tool
