Add small caps formatting option in search by example page

In the search by example page, the formatting option "small caps" would be helpful for styles requiring small caps. Currently, it looks like this:

However, in the editor itself, the formatting toolbar has the small caps option available:

(this is a long-standing issue, but not sure we're going to have the capacity to fix this)

@chrispahm, you're reporting a valid issue, but the CSL editor currently doesn't have a maintainer.
