During the Refactorings, we removed the function that .java files are deleted.
This leads to an issue that 1.1.0 currently takes a lot of disk space.
For the runs with 10 files this was not an issue, but with 350 files it was pretty much exploding.

It would be good to re-introduce this, maybe with parameters:

  • Delete Java Files
  • Delete Code2Vec related output (c2v)
  • Maybe: Delete all but latest?
