Linux Mint 22 Install Mods Required

Just a heads up for what additional packages were required to be installed before Malcolm could successfully run on the newest release of Linux Mint (not a typical security appliance OS, but nonetheless). This includes docker not wanting to install with the backups provisioned in the install.py script, even.

git (somewhat common and understood, but for consistency sake)
docker.io
python3-ruamel.yaml
python3-dotenv
apache2-utils

Hopefully, this helps anyone else that has had difficulty getting Malcolm running on the newer releases of Mint.
