Replace BLE Calls with external library

Since we're having quite a few BLE issues and despite trying to fix these with quite a few attempts, I think this would be more reliable if we used an external library that has been better tested. I'm thinking something along the lines of https://sabertooth-io.github.io/

Ok, the one I linked is super old (like at least 9 years old). https://thegecko.github.io/webbluetooth/ is a lot more recent and should work with node.js.
