Describe the problem

Cinny desktop currently doesn't automatically scroll to latest message while the application isn't in focus, only showing "Jump to Latest".

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a checkbox for auto scroll while not focused.

Additional context

I'd like to see the chat scroll on my second monitor while I play a game.
