copy_of_table (may be separated as extra feature)
This Table has the same columns as the declared one, except it's key column.
There will be a table structure and loading operation. This is useful to declare link tables in the business vault, that will contain a subset of data of the source raw vault table. For the loading operation there must be use_as_key mappings for all key elements.
