Volume goes to 100% when resuming after network timeout

Describe the Bug

When Cider has a very slow or interrupted connection and the stream can't be downloaded, the song naturally will stop playing.

But once the connection is resumed, and Cider continues playing the song again, it will be at full volume (although the volume slider still reflects the correct/lower volume).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Stream a track
2. Throttle/overload the network (with a tool like Fiddler, or in my case by downloading a large game via Steam)
3. Once Cider stops playing the track, wait a moment then plug your ears and hit play again
