BUG: Can't set the PathForWebsite value

There is no exposed extension method that allows you to set the PathForWebsite property on the IISProtoTask. This causes null reference errors in IIS7Task.CreateWebsite(...) when it tries to create the directory for the web site.

Shouldn't all methods that allow for the creation of an IIS7 site allow for
you to set a required property? Or is this method being deprecated?

I think it would depend on if the site exists or not. if its null, we should probably blow up with a good error saying we have insufficient info to CREATE a site.
