Is there anyway to add arrowhead to sankey diagram links?
I have seen a website using networkD3.js and they added arrowheads which makes it even easier to show process flow diagrams.

Frankly, networkD3 is not very actively developed, so it's unlikely that a feature like this will be added unless someone puts together an easy to assess pull request that does it.
