This one looks quite funny, as there is the firmware available as source code, and they seem to be using 58 CC messages instead of sysex. https://github.com/twistedelectrons/MEGAfm/blob/b5731eb1b6996fb2df09a0461d2366097f91d198/src/midi.cpp#L906

This contradicts the manual though, which states that "Each preset can be edited and stored and preset banks can be
transferred to and from a computer via MIDI SYSEX." (page 18 ofhttps://www.twistedelectrons.com/_files/ugd/b8c32b_cdd2adf9ec42458a80e7a35f9bbd1dd9.pdf), without giving any details whatsoever on the MIDI messages themselves.
