I am trying to fix a vulnerability related to bundled 7zip 24.08 and I noticed that you have already addressed this in the repo but have not released it yet. I don't want to downgrade to 1.4.3 so a new version would be very helpful. Any plans for this? |

We will be releasing a new version of Chocolatey 2.x shortly which will include this update. |

We have just shipped version 2.4.3 of Chocolatey CLI, which is now working it's way through the package moderation process, and should be available shortly. This includes an update to the embedded version of 7zip which addresses the vulnerability in that application. |
