rate limit in elastic email

Just an aclaration, elastic email has an api limit, so sometimes it can happen that if you don't put a queue with the elastic's rate, they can block the sending.
I saw that this person has solved the problem, just for you to know, it might be a good idea to merge, but well, no rush. https://github.com/Ashrey/laravel-elastic-email
