I realize this isn't an actual issue, but it is a piece of advice.

Plugins are expensive to maintain. They take time and effort to develop and update. Why not fund that with a premium version? I would gladly pay it -- as long as it had the ability to be viably used. It would have to support mobi, epub, pdf, RTF, and html exports. If it can't support theming, it has to at least be format neutral (no Anthologize markings, for example). And a bit better tech/user manual (I'm happy to help with that).

A LOT of authors would pay to have their book formatting simplified. This is a great effort -- the only one so far to compete against Pressbooks -- and it's worth pursuing. I can definitely see an annual license fee for this plugin, much like Gravity Forms, and in the same amount as well.

Please continue to develop this plugin -- it is SO close. And don't be afraid to put it on the market. This is the real thing.
